Trevor McLean has been with Dayspring Restoration for 4 ½ years as an Emergency Lead Technician and has also completed various industry specific accreditations and certifications.
The Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) is designed by the IICRC to be an advanced drying concepts and management course and is intended to educate students to become proficient in drying large commercial or complex structures and increase the understanding of the concepts intrinsic to managing such large projects.
After successful completion of the CDS course Kris, Justin, and Trevor are better equipped to know and understand construction practices and the composition of materials used in commercial construction, as well as the inspection techniques needed for evaluating complex commercial structures.
The CDS course also covered advanced psychrometric charting, and the science behind understanding, assessing, manipulation, and control of water damage materials at the molecular level.
Currently, Dayspring Restoration is the only restoration company in MT and one of just a few located in the Northwest United States who holds this rare accreditation. The CDS certification and training through the IICRC further establish Dayspring Restoration as one of the most qualified restoration firms in Montana for handling large commercial, industrial, and residential complexes and structures.
