As a home owner, potential water damage scares the crap out of me. When my wife and I noticed an odd stain in our basement, and feared that it was mold, we immediately called Dayspring for advice. The folks over the phone were friendly and patient and offered a few suggestions about what to look for in determining if there was any water damage. When we still weren't sure, and wanted to be safe, we arranged for a service call. The two Dayspring water experts arrived at the house exactly on time, and quickly and thoroughly determined that we weren't dealing with mold or water damage, but a nasty mark caused by a piece of furniture that shouldn't have been flush on the floor. They even offered a suggestion on how to get it cleaned (and it worked). The visit may have been short, but the peace of mind was hugely important.
My wife and I are appreciative of Dayspring's responsiveness and understanding. We've never dealt with potential water damage before, and Dayspring answered all of our questions. This turned out to be no biggie, but should we ever get stuck in a bad spot and need help, we know who we'll call.
