Dayspring Restoration's Projects Win At The Annual Parade of Homes' Remodeling Tour

Flood and Fire Damage Can't Stop Dayspring's Comprehensive Restoration

Each year, the Missoula Building Industry Association hosts the community's Parade of Homes Remodeling Tour, which showcases the best work of builders and remodelers in Missoula. The event is the culmination of the hard work and greatest accomplishments of the building and remodeling community.

Eight Missoula Homes in This Year's Parade

The ballots are in, and Dayspring Restoration in Missoula, MT is victorious again at the 21st Annual Parade of Homes & Remodeling Tour. Dayspring's restoration of a fire-damaged historic home, bringing it back to being a 19th Century historical gem, won Dayspring Restoration all the awards in the restoration category.

This year, five of the eight Missoula homes in the parade received awards. All eight homes offered numerous design and remodeling ideas that can be utilized in your very own home!

Dayspring's Fire Restoration Is This Year's Big Winner in Home Restoration

The Regal Queen Revived has been immaculately restored back to its place as a historic gem, after enduring a long history of much-needed restorations and a recent complete restoration that followed a propane gas fire back in March.

With the help of Dr. Energy Saver, the home has also been updated with modern, energy efficient upgrades, and it is now also a forerunner in energy efficiency.

The Notable Flood Restoration of The Centurion

Dayspring has also restored a traditionally designed home known as The Centurion, after it endured flooding for two weeks while uninhabited in December 2008.

Through the collaborative effort of Dayspring Restoration and Dr. Energy Saver in Missoula, The Centurion of Edith and Crosby now meets even the strictest energy codes, while still maintaining its traditional appeal.

Last Year's Heliopolis Heights Wins Award for Notable Kitchen

In 2009, Dayspring Restoration successfully restored a beautiful home after it had suffered serious fire damage. The Heliopolis Heights received the "Parade of Homes" award for Notable Kitchen.
